Lovely antique porcelain plate by Jaeger & Co. of Bavaria, in the romantic “Malmaison” pattern. Features lush pink wild rose blossoms cascading over a teal crackle-ground border with gilt Greek key banding and a scalloped gilt edge. Backstamped “J&C / Malmaison / Germany” — exported to the American market circa 1900–1920. A graceful display piece for a cottage, Victorian, or maximalist interior. Very good antique condition.
