Beautiful vintage Stangl Pottery art pottery vase featuring a dramatic sculptural tulip or open-flower form.

The vase has a rich glossy cobalt/slate blue exterior with large sweeping petals opening to reveal a softly mottled blush pink/lavender interior. The organic base and flowing petal form give it a wonderful sculptural quality and make it especially striking displayed on its own.

Authentic Stangl Pottery piece with the characteristic stamped maker’s mark on the underside. Made in the USA.

A particularly attractive example of mid-century American art pottery and a great piece for collectors of Stangl, vintage ceramics, floral pottery and sculptural décor.

Condition: Vintage pre-owned condition. Glaze appears bright and glossy with normal age-related variation. Please review all photographs carefully for condition, including the rim, interior and underside. No major damage is apparent to me in the photographs.
