Charming vintage cast iron trivet featuring an openwork heart shape with a colorful red bird, stylized flowers, green vines, and a small heart accent at the top. The folk-art design has a Pennsylvania Dutch–inspired appearance, and the three raised feet protect the surface underneath. It measures approximately 8 inches tall by 5 inches wide. The original painted finish shows considerable age-related wear, fading, surface oxidation, and scattered paint loss, giving it an appealing timeworn character. No maker’s name is visible.
