Stylized abstract eagle carved from solid ironwood (palo fierro), in the traditional Seri carving style of Sonora, Mexico. The eagle’s head and wings are worked into a high-gloss, hand-buffed finish, rising from a natural raw/unfinished rock-like base left uncarved — the classic contrast seen in authentic Seri ironwood pieces. Rich mahogany-to-black striated grain throughout. Detailed eye and beak carving. Solid, substantial weight consistent with genuine ironwood.

Condition: AS IS. A couple of small natural grain-check lines in the wood, condition consistent with age. No chips, breaks, or repairs noted.
