The domed lid features a rich burgundy-red ground decorated with three painted folding fans, each depicting traditional motifs including peony, lily, and bamboo in gold, cream, and orange. Amber-toned ribbed sides. Black lacquer interior. Small dark knob finial. Approximately 8 inches in diameter. No chips or cracks to lacquer.
