Finished with a substantial sterling silver collar around the rim.

✦ HALLMARK: Full London hallmark on the silver — leopard’s head (London Assay Office), lion passant (sterling standard, 925), and date letter “h.” Genuine hallmarked sterling silver.

✦ SIGNATURE: Etched cursive signature on the base reads “…glass Exeter,” pointing to a named British studio glassmaker working in Exeter, England (partially legible — see photos).
