Lovely vintage porcelain cabinet plate decorated by hand with large white wild roses, yellow centers, layered green foliage and thorny reddish-brown branches. A delicate stippled-gold border surrounds the softly shaped rim. The painterly botanical design gives the plate an elegant cottage, traditional or grandmillennial character.

The reverse is unmarked. Approximately 9 inches in diameter. No chips or cracks observed; light wear to the gilding consistent with age. Intended primarily for decorative display rather than food service. Stand not included.
