Vintage Sessions electric mantel clock featuring a wonderfully detailed Western scene with a cowboy roping a steer beneath a large horseshoe-shaped clock surround. Dating approximately to the 1950s–1960s, the substantial cast pot-metal case has a silver-and-gold-tone finish, raised rope detailing, an ivory dial with dimensional gold-and-black Arabic numerals, black hands, and a red sweep second hand. The dial is marked “Clock Movement by Sessions,” and the original corded electric movement and rear time-setting control are present. Measures approximately 6½ inches tall, 5½ inches wide, and 2½ inches deep; weighs 36.3 ounces before packing. Displays attractive age-related patina, tarnishing, finish wear, surface marks, and oxidation, especially on the rear movement cover. The open underside appears to be missing its original bottom covering or insert. Please review all photographs for condition. A distinctive piece of mid-century Western décor for a ranch, cabin, cowboy collection, office, or mantel.
