This is a lovely piece of vintage Fostoria pressed glass in the iconic American pattern, instantly recognizable by its clear cube/diamond motif covering the entire body. The bowl has a scalloped, hand-crimped rim that gives it a wavy, organic silhouette, sitting on a short pedestal foot with a star-cut base. Measures approximately 6” in diameter across the rim and 3” tall.

Fostoria’s American pattern was produced continuously from 1915 into the 1980s and remains one of the most collected pressed glass patterns ever made. This piece is unmarked, as is typical for the line. AS IS - please review photos closely; condition consistent with age, with the usual light surface wear expected on glass of this vintage.
